LucyPM
Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what data LucyPM collects and what we do with it.
It covers two different things. First, this website and its form. Second, the LucyPM service, for the teams that hire it.
Who we are
LucyPM is a service of Inventa AI Solutions LLC, based in Austin, Texas. In this policy, “we” and “Inventa” both mean Inventa AI Solutions LLC.
Questions about your data? Email [email protected].
Part 1 · This website
This part is about lucypm.ai and the form you fill in to apply.
What you give us in the form
- Your name, email and mobile number.
- Your organization, its type and the size of your team.
- The tools your team uses today, and the app your team chats in.
- Anything you write in the free-text box.
- The language of the form.
- Your answer to “How did you hear about Lucy?”, if you give one.
- How you found the site. See the next section.
How you found us
On your first visit, your browser saves where you came from. We save it again if you come back from a new link.
- The campaign link (UTM) or short link you used, if any.
- The website that sent you, without the rest of its address.
- The page where you landed, its language and the date.
- If you came from an ad: the ad's click code from Google, Meta or LinkedIn.
It stays in your own browser (local storage) for up to 90 days. It never includes what you type in the form.
If you send the form, this data goes with your application. It tells us which channels work. You can delete it by clearing your browser's site data.
Why we use it
We use it to contact you about LucyPM. We also use it to see if Lucy is a good fit for your team.
Where we keep it
Your application reaches our team by email. We also save it in our customer records system. It runs on Odoo, on servers Inventa hosts itself.
We send you one email to confirm we got your application.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics. They measure visits, where visitors come from, and actions on the page. For example: playing Lucy's audio, clicking a button or sending the form.
Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
We also use Microsoft Clarity. It shows us how people use the site, with heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity masks the form fields, so it doesn't record what you type.
Clarity uses cookies (_clck and _clsk). Microsoft keeps the recordings for 30 days. It handles that data under its privacy statement. We don't load Clarity for visitors in the European Union, the UK or Switzerland.
Your browser may send a privacy signal called Global Privacy Control (GPC). If it does, we don't load Google Analytics or Clarity. Vercel Analytics doesn't use cookies, so it stays on.
We don't use ad pixels, and we don't share your data for advertising.
Services that help run the website
- Vercel: hosts the website and provides Vercel Analytics.
- Google Analytics 4: measures visits and actions on the page.
- Microsoft Clarity: heatmaps and session recordings, with the form fields masked.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: checks that a person, not a bot, sends the form. To do that, it looks at technical data from your browser.
- Resend: sends the form emails: our alert and your confirmation.
Part 2 · The LucyPM service
This part is for teams that hire LucyPM, and for the people on those teams.
What Lucy works with
To do her job, Lucy processes the team's information. This includes:
- The names and numbers of the people the team registers.
- Messages in the team's group chat, and direct messages with Lucy.
- Voice notes.
- Documents and files the team shares with her or connects.
- Tasks, dates and meeting notes.
She only takes requests from the people the team registers.
Why
Only to work for that team. For example: creating tasks, sending reminders, writing minutes and drafts, and answering questions.
Services Lucy works through
These providers process data so Lucy can do her job. Each team only uses the ones it connects.
- WhatsApp (Meta): the chat where Lucy talks with the team.
- Anthropic and OpenAI: the AI models that read messages and write Lucy's replies.
- ElevenLabs: Lucy's voice.
- Trello (Atlassian): the team's task board.
- Google Workspace: calendar, documents, spreadsheets and Drive.
- Brevo: the team's newsletter, if it has one.
- Esbozo: scheduling social media posts. Esbozo is also a product of Inventa.
- Zoho Mail: Lucy's email inbox. She reads the emails that reach it, to keep up with the team.
- Cloudflare R2: stores the images Lucy makes for emails and social media posts.
The team's files stay in the team's own accounts.
AI and training
Inventa doesn't use your team's data to train its own AI models.
We use our AI providers under their API or business terms.
We don't sell your data
We don't sell or rent personal data. We only share it with the providers on this page. They need it to do their part.
We may also share it if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Form data: we keep it while we have a business relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Service data: if a team stops using LucyPM and asks us to, we delete its Lucy workspace.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email [email protected].
We may need to confirm it's really you before we act.
If you live in California
You have the right to know what personal data we collect about you. You can also ask us to delete it.
We don't sell your personal data. Using these rights won't change how we treat you.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data. Still, no system is perfectly secure.
Children
LucyPM is not meant for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here. We'll also update the date at the top.
