Terms of Service

LucyPM is a managed service from Inventa AI Solutions LLC, based in Austin, Texas.

Inventa sets up Lucy, an AI project manager, for your team. Then we run her and check her work.

Lucy is an AI, and she can make mistakes. Check anything important before you rely on it.

Anything that can't be undone waits for your team's approval. For example: deleting, publishing or emailing your list.

• Your list of team members. You decide who Lucy works with. Keep that list up to date.
• The content your team shares with Lucy. Only share what you have the right to share.
• Letting your team know that Lucy is in the chat.

We check on day 21. If under half your team asked Lucy for anything, your first month is free.

Your price is the one in the quote you sign. Launch pricing stays fixed for 12 months.

There's no long-term contract. To stop, just tell us by email.

If your signed quote says something different from these terms, the quote wins.

Don't use Lucy to:

• break the law;
• send spam or messages people didn't ask for;
• harass or deceive anyone;
• share content you don't have the right to share;
• get around her rules or her security.

If this happens, we may pause the service.

Lucy works through other services, like WhatsApp, Trello and Google. Their own terms apply, and we don't control them.

How we handle data is in our Privacy Policy.

We provide LucyPM “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will never fail.

As far as the law allows, Inventa isn't liable for indirect losses. That includes lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities.

As far as the law allows, our total liability has a limit. It's what you paid for LucyPM in the 12 months before the claim.

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here. We'll also update the date at the top.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
